Involved early, on purpose
If you build or renovate a house without considering the ins and outs, you’re guaranteed to compromise. That’s why we like to be involved early on. We review plans and give feedback to ensure everything works well, saving you time, money and more money to spend on the things you really want and not fixing up the things that weren’t right.
When to involve us
Before construction starts, and ideally before the plans are final. Once concrete is poured the options narrow quickly.
What you receive
Feedback on the architect’s plans, marked where the house will not work once it is lived in.
Within a full project the concept and documentation stages follow; documentation includes plans, elevations, schedules and specifications.
